Shipping, Delivery Times and Returns
Handmade to Order
All of my designs are partially or fully handmade by me (most of them fully, with a few utilize found or repurposed items). This includes cutting foam and metal and fabrics by hand, hand sewing, soldering and connecting metal bits with pliers, gluing piece by piece, etc.
All items (except those in the "ready to ship" section) are hand made TO ORDER and therefore most items take approximately 2-6 weeks to be carefully created before shipping out. A few complex costumes with and filigree armor sets, or orders with more than two items, may take longer depending on how busy I am at time of purchase.

If you need an item in a rush, please contact me first BEFORE placing your order to see if I am able to do it.
Shipping Information
SHIPPING METHODS and DELIVERY TIMES

I ship to the USA both with USPS and with Fedex (First Class, which takes 2-5 days, for small items to keep the prices low, Priority or 3 Day Express with larger items). When your order is created and dispatched(2-6 weeks after order except from the ready-to-ship section), you will receive tracking information via email.
All delivery times are approximate and delays with shipping services may occur at busy times and over the holiday periods and are out of my control.
From the ready to ship section, item will be shipped within one week of when the order is placed and should, including shipping time, reach you in 2 weeks or less.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I am not currently offering international shipping due to so many delays still occurring as a result of the global pandemic but I do hope to open international shipping again later this year or next (2023 or 2024).
Return Policy
Due to the nature of most of the items in my shop (lingerie/body jewelry for hygienic reasons and costumes due to their custom sizing/creation), I cannot accept returns. If you have a problem with an order, I am very happy to correct it; please contact me and I am happy to re size or modify the pieces as needed.
